European Union Logo Competition
On 25 March 2007 the European Union will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Rome - the origin of the European integration process. For this occasion, the European Union invites you to take part in the competition and design a logo. You may enter this competition if you are a student of art, graphic design, communication design, visual communication, media design or related disciplines. You may also enter the competition if you are a design professional and you graduated from university or college in 2006. You must be living in one of the European Union’s 25 Member S ates or in Bulgaria or Romania. The award for the best logo is EUR 6000, the second EUR 4000 and the third EUR 2000. The designers of the three best logos will be invited to an award ceremony in Brussels where the jury’s decisions will be announced.
