Animex Student Animation Awards 2007

From visual effects to architectural visualisation, computer games art to 3d computer animation, the Animex Student Animation Awards once again invites students from around the world to submit their work. Categories: 3D ANIMATION, 2D ANIMATION, GAMES DESIGN, VISUAL EFFECTS, VISUALISATION, EXPERIMENTAL ANIMATION and MOTION GRAPHICS. Any frame by frame or computer assisted animated film or game created between 1 October 2005 and 1 October 2006 produced as student work is elegible. For preview, animation works must be submitted on DVD disk (however VHS tapes will also be considered). You are also required to submit at least 3 high resolution digital still images for exhibition and promotional purposes (300 dpi). Internet animation may be submitted via a website link, which should be included on the entry form. Judging and announcement of the awards are due to take place during the Animex festival in February 2007 (University of Teesside, Middlesbrough - UK). No registration fee is required.
