The Festival is addressed to students of Artistic Schools, to amateurs as well as to all film fans and those viewers, who have never had any contact with this form of art. Apart from giving some alternative to the very commercial repertoire of cinemas, the principle of this event is to present Polish and World cinematography in the atmosphere of artistic celebration. The Festival will take place from 20 to 22 April 2007 in Lodz, Poland. Each entrant may submit the maximum of two films made during the period from 2005 to 2007. The allowed film duration is from 30 sec. to 30 min. The author of t e Best Animated Film will receive Golden Snail statuette and financial award.
